2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use NarraOS only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare privacy and data protection standards (such as PDPL). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use NarraOS for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to NarraOS or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, or performance of the Service.
5. Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content or data you input into NarraOS.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
For hospital deployments, data use and ownership are governed by separate agreements established on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
NarraOS and all original content, features, and functionality are the property of NarraLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without written consent.
7. Compliance
NarraOS is PDPL compliant. Hospitals using NarraOS enter into specific compliance agreements covering data hosting, residency, and access controls.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your use threatens the security or integrity of the Service, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers
NarraOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to ensure reliability and compliance, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every clinical requirement. The Service is a workflow tool and is not a substitute for clinical judgment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NarraLabs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, patients or revenue. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NarraLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For hospitals outside Saudi Arabia, applicable jurisdiction may be determined in contractual agreements.
