Rayyan Alyahya is a physician and Co-Founder at NarraLabs, where he leads the build of NarraOS, an intelligence and automation layer for complex healthcare programs.
Before NarraLabs, Rayyan held clinical and operational leadership roles across national healthcare initiatives in Saudi Arabia, working at the intersection of policy, program delivery, and digital transformation. His work has spanned care coordination, organ donation and transplantation, clinical registries, and AI-enabled clinical workflows, partnering with hospitals and multidisciplinary teams to ship systems that hold up in real operations.
He has led the design and rollout of national digital platforms and clinical tools, with work recognized by an Innovation & Creativity Award for reducing clinical errors through in-house digital solutions.
