"I believe clinical platforms should be engineered with the same rigor as national infrastructure. Secure by default, resilient under pressure, and clear about accountability."

Eng. Khalid Aldughayem

Chief Technology Officer

Khalid Al-Dugayyim is the Chief Technology Officer at NarraLabs, where he leads platform architecture, system reliability, and security across all products.

He is a senior security researcher and systems engineer with deep experience building and operating high-stakes, mission-critical systems in government and national infrastructure environments. His background spans secure systems design, large-scale software platforms, and advanced network and information security.

Khalid has held senior technical roles at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), the National Center for Cyber Security Technologies, and TAQNIA Cyber. He has worked on complex systems where failure is not an option, combining rigorous engineering discipline with a strong research foundation.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, where he worked as a research assistant in network security, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, graduating top of his class. He also holds advanced security certifications, including OSCP.

At NarraLabs, Khalid ensures that clinical systems are built with the same standards expected of national-scale infrastructure: secure by design, resilient under pressure, and engineered for long-term trust.
